Kia Seltos, the first car in the Indian market of Kia Motors India, got a bump of customers. This is why this SUV has now achieved another milestone. Kia Motors has sold 1.25 lakh units of its Kia Seltos in the Indian market within just 14 months from launch.
The initial ex-showroom price of Kia Seltos in the Indian market is Rs 9.89 lakh, which goes up to Rs 17.34 lakh on its top-end variants.
Earlier, Kia Motors recently launched their Anniversary Edition of their Seltos in India. The company launched it right before the festivals, thereby accelerating its sales. The company has added many new features in its special edition along with a cosmetic change.
The Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition is based on the HTX variant. Its 1.5 manual transmission petrol variant has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 13.75 lakh. At the same time, its 1.5 petrol CVT automatic trim costs Rs 14.75 lakh. Whereas, its 1.5 diesel manual variant costs Rs 14.85 lakh.
Kia Motors has not launched the Anniversary Edition for the 1.4 turbo petrol GT line trims and 1.5 diesel automatic variants of the Kia Seltos.
Seltos Anniversary Edition has been launched in four color variants. These include Monotone Aurora Black Pearl and three dual-tone colors – Glacier White Pearl with Aurora Black Pearl, Steel Silver with Aurora Black Pearl, and Gravity Gray with Aurora Black Pearl.
The Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition is 60 mm longer than the regular Seltos. There are many updates in its exterior and interior. It features silver diffuser fins with tusk shape skid plate, Tangerine fog lamp bezels, Tangerine center cap with new 17-inch raven black alloy wheels, all-black interiors, and honeycomb patterns between the raven black leather seat.
The rest of its features are similar to HTX variants. These include remote engine start for manual transmission, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay with TouchScreen System, and Sunroof.
